All tarot readings provided by Firee Wellness are offered for personal insight, self-reflection, guidance, and entertainment purposes only.
Tarot readings are not:
- Professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or business advice
- A substitute for consulting qualified professionals in any field
- A guarantee or prediction of future events
- Intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any health condition
You are solely and fully responsible for any decisions, actions, or inactions you take as a result of a reading. Firee Wellness and its practitioner(s) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or outcomes arising from your use of our services.
1. Who Can Use Our Services
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to agree to these terms. We do not knowingly serve anyone under 18.
2. Nature of Our Services
We offer tarot readings in multiple formats: live video, pre-recorded video, and written emailed readings. All formats are for personal insight, self-reflection, guidance, and entertainment only. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, not a substitute for professional consultation, and not a guarantee of future outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions. Firee Wellness is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services.
3. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). A booking is a binding agreement once payment is made.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Live Google Meet sessions: Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: No refund. In genuine emergencies, email hello@firee.ca — we will review your request fairly. Pre-recorded video readings and written emailed readings: No refunds once we have started preparing your reading.
5. Session Recordings
Live session recordings are available only with your explicit consent and are for your personal use only. They may not be shared or published without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firee Wellness is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

All sessions and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
